Discovery Call
We spend 30mins getting real about what’s working, what’s not, and where the friction is. No pitch, just honest conversation.

Proposal & Contract
I send a clear scope and contract based on what we discussed in the discovery call. A deposit and kickoff call kicks things off and confirms we’re aligned before any work starts.

Build & Configure
Once we’re in, I get to work building your system, automating your workflows, and documenting everything as I go.

Handoff or Ongoing Support
Project Complete? You get a full walkthrough and documentation so you own it completely. Need ongoing support? We set up a retainer and I stay in your corner as your business grows.
